Seasoning sauce: 5 tablespoons of soy sauce (50g), 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar (30g), 1 tablespoon of starch (12g), 1 tablespoon of minced garlic (20g), and 3 tablespoons of pepper, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil (21g)
Ingredients are as easy to find at home as you can see. If you think it’s hard to prepare vegetables, You can make bulgogi with just meat and seasoning. So please prepare according to your situation.
First of all, beef is the most important ingredient in bulgogi recipe. You can go to a butcher’s shop or a mart and choose the meat that says it’s for bulgogi, and anything that’s sliced in a very thin is fine. Here’s a tip, and When choosing meat, the right mix of fat tastes better.
Green onions and onions are important basic ingredients, so it is recommended to put them in. Also, The preparations say shiitake mushrooms, but any mushrooms can be used. If you have dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in warm water for 30 minutes and make them soft before using them. A red pepper is not a necessary ingredient, but it is added for a good color.
Of course, what comes to mind when we think of bulgogi is its unique sweet taste, so it is possible to make the taste we know with just the sauce without vegetables. The essential ingredients for the bulgogi flavor are minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. For soy sauce, you can use brewed soy sauce.
You can cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Refrigerated meat will fall off easily, but frozen meat won’t fall off easily because it’s frozen. In that case, if you hit the meat on the cutting board, the meat that sticks to each other will fall easily.
And when you mix the seasoning, it’s good to mix the sweet ingredients first. Then put starch syrup and minced garlic in order and put the meat in this sauce.
We will prepare the vegetables while the meat is marinated, and first, cut the bottom of the mushroom and cut it until that it is good to eat. it’s delicious to slice mushrooms as thin as possible. When you cut green onions, you’d better cut them diagonally to form a shape. For onions, cut off the tail and slice it thinly. Cut the red pepper diagonally and you’re done cutting the vegetables.
Mix the marinated meat with the soy sauce and onions. Afterwards, add all the vegetables you prepared, mix them, add pepper powder and sesame oil, and mix them to complete the meat seasoning.. and When you add sesame oil, the smell of bulgogi that we know comes up.
Now you have to fry all the ingredients in a frying pan., but the meat is thin, so it’s easy to tear if you fry it too hard. So please be careful.
